课程介绍 Course Introduction
畜牧微生物学是将微生物学的基本理论和技术应用到畜牧业生产实践,保障畜禽的健康生长,促进畜牧业的可持续发展。《畜牧微生物学》是一门理论性、应用性和实践性较强的课程,主要讲授微生物学基础知识,并研究其在畜牧业各环节,如饲料作物栽培、饲料加工调制,正常动物的微生物菌群、畜产品加工、检验、贮藏,以及畜禽病原微生物及其所致传染病的免疫预防、诊断和治疗等方面相关的微生物学问题,是动物科学专业的重要专业发展课程之一。本团队现有成员7人,其中教授1人、副教授4人、讲师1人、实验师1人。
